Who is Rowell Landscapes?

Rowell Landscapes is a landscape and irrigation contractor providing a wide variety of residential and commercial installation services. Additionally, we provide irrigation and landscape lighting maintenance and repair.
The company was started in 1986 by Joey Smoak.
