Rowell Landscapes (formerly Smoak Irrigation Company) is a landscape and irrigation contractor providing a wide variety of residential and commercial installation services. Additionally, we provide irrigation and landscape lighting maintenance and repair. The company was started in 1986 by Joey Smoak. Smoak Irrigation Company is licensed, bonded and insured.
